KickoffValue is provided by the operator of KickoffValue ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@kickoffvalue.com.

• You must be 18 or older, and gambling must be legal for you where you live.
• Access is by invitation. Keep your login details private and do not share your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• We may refuse, suspend or end access, for example if these terms are broken or the service is misused.

• KickoffValue is a research tool. It estimates the chances of football outcomes with a statistical model and compares them with odds you supply.
• Its estimates, verdicts and "most likely" picks are opinions based on past data, not advice and not guarantees. Football is uncertain and many selections the model rates highly will lose.
• We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold money, place bets for you, log in to betting accounts or read betting sites.
• Nothing in the service is financial, legal or professional advice.

• Every betting decision is yours, and so is any loss. Bet only what you can afford to lose.
• Follow the law where you live and the terms of any betting site you use.
• Check prices, times and results at the source before relying on them.
• Do not misuse the service: no copying it in bulk or automatically, no attempts to get around security or access limits, no overloading it, and no use that breaks the law.

Fixtures and results come from third-party sources (football-data.org and OpenLigaDB). They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and results entered by volunteers can be delayed. Odds are what you or other users enter; they are snapshots, never live prices. Demo mode uses simulated data and is labelled as such.

You keep ownership of what you enter (odds, plans, settings and messages). You allow us to store and process it to provide the service to you. The software, design and text of KickoffValue belong to us or our licensors; football data belongs to its providers and is used under their terms.

The service is provided as it is and may change, pause or stop, with or without notice. It is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you about the price and terms before you are charged anything.

To the extent the law allows, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies, we are not liable for betting losses or for any indirect or consequential loss from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them; the effective date above shows the latest version, and we will point out important changes in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
